Next Generation Convergence Technology Industry Association (NCIA) is a non-profit organization under the Ministry of Science and ICT, established to promote the qualitative advancement of the convergence technology industry, strengthen global competitiveness, and support the protection and upbringing of Korea's domestic convergence technology sector in the era of digital convergence.
Amid rapidly changing industrial environments driven by AI and digital transformation, the Association serves companies that are redefining their business directions (pivoting) based on existing technologies, expanding by pursuing both existing and new business areas, as well as convergence-oriented companies that are difficult to classify within a single industry.
